Cancellation Policy: Up to 45 days prior to departure - Full refund less any non-refundable charges (i.e. theater tickets, hotel rooms, service fees, etc.) unless notification of difference is noted on tour description. NO REFUND after balance due date. Written notice of cancellation is required before monies refunded.

 

Depart: 6:15 am - Sewickley

            6:45 am - Pittsburgh**

            7:15 am - Monroeville

            7:30 am - Irwin

            7:45 am - New Staton

 

Note:  **Due to the Three Rivers Arts Festival, there will be NO Pittsburgh pickup/dropoff for the June 9-13, 2024 tour. The Pittsburgh pickup remains on Stanwix Street for the other dates.

 

Walking Code: 2 - This tour requires that you be able to climb stairs and walk reasonable distances, possibly over uneven ground and cobblestone streets.

 

Insurance:  Travel Insurance is optional. To be eligible for the waiver of pre-existing medical condition exclusion, the protection plan must be purchased within 15 days from the time you make your initial trip deposit and for the prepaid non-refundable payments or deposits.  If purchased, the insurance premium is refundable during the 15 day review period, unless you have filed a claim or departed on your trip.  The insurance premium is non-refundable after the 15 day review period.
