Day 1

Join us as we travel to the beautiful Finger Lakes region of New York State! Your first stop is the Antique Wireless Museum, dedicated to preserving and sharing the history of technology used to communicate and entertain. View exhibits from the first telegram to today's wireless text messaging. Enjoy the beautiful gardens at the Sonnenberg Gardens & Mansion State Park in Canandaigua with time to explore the mansion house and gift shop. There is extensive walking at Sonnenberg Gardens. Enjoy a delicious dinner with wine tasting at Belhurst Castle, a former private residence on the shores of Seneca Lake in Geneva, NY. Lodging for the next two nights will be in Seneca Falls, NY. It is a non-smoking property.

Belhurst Castle Menu Choice - Select one entrée per person when making your reservation.

1. Parmesan-crusted chicken breast served over a spinach risotta
2. Honey apple glazed pork chop served with oven roasted potatoes
3. Pasta primavera featuring sauteed asparagus tips, diced carrots, spanish onions and grape tomatoes tossed with penne pasta and a herbed lemon butter sauce.
4. Baked cod topped with a tomato corn salsa and served over lime scented rice

Meals include pear and pecan salad - frisee (curly endive) and spinach topped with sliced pears, candied pecans and red onion with a lemon poppy seed dressing, dessert, coffee and tea.

Day 2

Enjoy a visit to the It's a Wonderful Life Museum in Seneca Falls, dedicated to the amazing and enduring Frank Capra film starring Donna Reed and Jimmy Stewart. Visit the Seward House, a national historic landmark in Auburn, NY. You will have a guided tour of the William H. Seward House. Seward played a crucial role in many decisive issues of the 19th century, including the Civil War, slavery, American expansion including the purchase of Alaska, and more. The restored home features an extensive display about the Underground Railroad. This house was a stop used to harbor fugitive slaves as they made their way to freedom. Browse the New Hope Mills Manufacturing Company's factory store filled with its signature products including its famous pancake mixes and much more. You will visit the Willard Memorial Chapel, the only complete and unaltered Tiffany chapel known to exist. Enjoy a visit to Smokey Hollow Maple Syrup. Observe modern-day maple sugaring in this small, modern but quaint, sugar shack.

Springside Inn Menu Choice - Select one entrée per person when making your reservation:

1. Chicken French (boneless breast with light egg batter with lemon-butter white wine sauce)
2. Roast Beef Sirloin with mushroom sauce
3. Baked Haddock with lemon butter.

Meals include garden salad, rolls and butter, fresh vegetables, mashed potatoes, dessert, plus choice of coffee or tea.

Day 3

Enjoy a visit to the Lively Run Goat Dairy Farm and Creamery, where you'll learn all about goat cheese. Taste a variety of goat cheeses made on site and visit the goat barn. Step aboard for a 50-minute narrated sightseeing cruise, discovering the beauty and charm of Seneca Lake. Before departing for home, your last stop will be at the Glenn Curtiss Museum in Hammondsport. Hear about Glenn Curtiss who was an aviation pioneer in the early 1900's.

Seneca Harbor Station Menu Choice: Select one entree per person when making your reservation.

1. French onion steak sandwich (steak sandwich topped with grilled onions and melted cheese on Italian bread served with au jus).
2. Grilled chicken sandwich (marinated chicken breast with lettuce and tomato on Italian bread).
3. Docksider burger (burger topped with sauteed onions, mushrooms and melted cheese on Italian bread).
4. Harbor turkey panini (turkey, prosciutto, fresh mozzarella, spring mix greens, tomato and basil and sweet balsamic vinaigrette on ciabatta bread).
5. Fish sandwich (crispy beer battered fish with tartar sauce).
6. Caesar salad with chicken (romaine lettuce with croutons and aged parmesan cheese).
